Rangers Beat Crawford County 34-7

Forest Park beats Crawford County 34-7 by putting on an impressive first half offensive attack on Friday 9/10/10. Junior running back Rhashaun Hurt started the scoring by punching in a 2 yard run and junior kicker Austin Weyer successfully got the extra point. Hurt continued his attack by running for a 12 yard touchdown and senior kicker Jonathan Russell nailed the extra point. In the 2nd quarter Hurt scored an 11 yard touchdown with a failed extra point. Senior quarterback Grant Welp passed to junior Miles Leonard for a 66 yard touchdown. Freshman kicker Dakota Begle got the extra point. Hurt finished his impressive day by completing another 2 yard run with Weyer completing the extra point. The Ranger defense looked impressive during the first half of the game but the second half was sloppy like the weather (it drizzled most of game). The Ranger offense fumbled the ball a couple times and defense gave up a touchdown on a 4th down play.Photos provided by Linda Welp
