Rangers Lose to South Spencer 21-28

The Rangers suffered their first lost of the season on Friday, Oct. 1st to the South Spencer Rebels. Both the Ranger offense and defense were out played by the Rebels. A few highlights of the game included: Junior wide receiver Ben Braunecker returned an interception for a touchdown as well as made an impressive leaping touchdown catch in the end zone from Senior quarterback Grant Welp. Senior kicker Gina Bettag was an impressive 3 for 3 in her extra point attempts.
