Kordes and Braunecker named to coaches' all-state football team

12/7/2011Forest Park defensive lineman Lynk Kordes and defensive back Ben Braunecker were selected 2A Senior all-staters. Joining them on the roster are Mater Dei running back Cody Hess and offensive lineman Bernie Boots, North Posey offensive lineman Bryce Koester and quaterback Colton Motz, Southridge offensive lineman Kyle Seger and linebacker Black Nordhoff.

Voted class 2A Junior all-staters were Mater Deis offensvie lineman Nathan Wright and Ben Polk, North Posey running backs Wes Harness and kicker Nick Neidig and Southridge defensive lineman Cody Moesner rounded out the area choices.
